This term we are studying Greek myths and legends. We have learned about the different features of each genre, and made a poster to teach others the difference.
Diamond Class Activities
Diamond Class Netball Skills
Diamond Class have been practicing their netball passing and shooting skills. The finale was a hoop off with a gold, silver and bronze medal for the best scores in each year group.
French
In French lessons we are learning how to name and describe body parts. We are also learning how to write these in full sentences.
Romeo & Juliet Prologue
This half term we are studying ‘Romeo and Juliet’ by William Shakespeare. This week, we have learned all about the purpose of the prologue and acted it out.
Diamond Class Poetry Festival
We chose our poem to learn and perform at our poetry festival. Some of us wrote our own poems to perform. It was great fun.
Narrative Poems
Our narrative poems are inspired by Michael Rosen’s poem ‘Chocolate Cake.’
Jokeathon for Red Nose Day
We donated 50p to Comic Relief to tell a joke on Friday. We raised £32.00 and had fun too!
