In art we have been artists in the style of Vincent Van Gogh. Focusing on using a pencil for sketching. We used his own art work as a reference and sketched in in our sketch books.

We have painted in his style and had a go at making a 3D clay picture using either Sunflowers or Starry Night as our inspiration. Iria said, “I chose the sunflowers because I like the sun.”
Our Art lessons for this half term has been learning about Georgia O’Keeffe. We learned all about her painting of flowers and landscapes and then used her techniques and style to inspire our own flower and landscape paintings.
